Got some knives coming in so sending some knives out. Up for sale is a Munetoshi 165mm petty that I bought a few months back from JNS. It's a great little knife with lots of utility due to it's height. Closer to a small gyuto profile than a petty.
I did some work on this one when I first got it. Polished the spine & choil, flattened the profile on the back 1/3rd of the knife (about .5mm taken down), and thinned & polished the blade. The bevels are pretty dialed for stone work for those who like rubbing things on rocks. I used it to test some stones I recently purchased, but overall it hasn't seen much use on the board.
