Selling my Munetoshi Sanjo 240mm Gyuto in perfect, unused, factory sharp condition. Still has the factory mineral oil on the blade. Just never got around to using this. $180 paypalled and shipped to continental USA.

An absolute bargain at this price. Munetoshi knives are some of my favorite. Excellent and very hard heat treatment, nice quality handle and kurouchi. High performance grind, easy to thin and maintain. The blacksmith is a one man shop who laminates his own steel and water quenches. I don't think it's possible to find a better knife for under $200.
