So today my new Saji gyuto arrived. I definitely had to try it out with some decorative apples

I cut the big bone with another knife that's not in the pics. I need to work on my chopping technique and angle. This knife feels different from my past knives. Overall sashimi taste 20/10. Apple is way tastier when cut with this too! 😁
