I am curious about the knives being produced by Ben Noffsinger. Epicurious has them listed among “America’s Best Artisanal Knives.” They have also been lauded by Food & Wine and Vogue. While these sources are undoubtedly limited in their expertise, I am surprised by the dearth of mention about Nafzger Forge in the fora. Does anyone have any first-hand experience with one of them?
