Have a Nakagawa/Morihiro ginsan wide bevel 240 for sale. Purchased new from Sugi about a year ago and put a Nihei chestnut handle on it. This knife came with minimal edge and needed just a little thinning behind the edge to really open it up. I started a little into flattening the bevels, but focused mainly behind the edge - took off ~3-4g total. Made a huge difference in performance and really got this knife where it was supposed to be all along. A couple bobbles and scratches along the shinogi from thinning and I knocked a few bucks off for that. Morihiro wide bevel, what's not to love?!
