1. Nakayama Karasu Suita - SOLD
165x55x25
LV 3.8
$100
2. Nakayama suita nashiji - SOLD
200x70x30
LV 3.7
$120
After lapping, the stone feels a bit softer and has a beautiful elasticity. Slurry medium speeds things up but cuts very well with water only.
3. Nakayama kiita iromono
160x50x20
LV 3.6
$80
After lapping I finished a razor and polished a knife with the stone. It feels more gentle than the suita in terms of hardness. The razor honed up beautifully with smooth keen edge. The knife made the stone self slurry a bit and cut very fast as well. High quality and stamped on the side as well. Neat Karasu on the backside w Kawa mixed.
4. Nakayama suita kan
140x60x15
LV 4.0
$50
Hardest stone of the group. Still has the elasticity as expected but very firm base underneath so the elasticity feel stands out more so than the other 2 softer stones. High polisher that would be good for razors as well.
