Hi Ruso, yes, I make such a grind with different knives, it could be gyuto, nakiri, cliver, and so on. S-grind for left-handed, right-handed or both sides.

I had been looking at this knife probably 30 times before it was sold. I am not a nakiri-fan, but I do own 2 (Watanabe, Shig KU). I was considering buying this one too, but I am glad I didn't have to... Congratulations to the new owner, and Andrei, hats-off for this one, fantastic knife!
