@RockyBasel the handle is enju! it looks dirty but tbh I haven't used the knife much at all
@nakiriknaifuwaifu I think so? It's the fine finish no bolster version. (Both knives are going on the market soon-ish.) I don't think you can request heel height re: Heiji, but his 180mm nakiri is my favorite cutter. ask @ian and @Keat for their unbiased opinions :)

Does "favourite cutter" mean that you prefer it to the Watanabe in general, or only some tasks?
