The Deba is a SekiMagoroku Ginju 関孫六 銀寿.
That is one of KAI's brand names.
The reverse side says Seigou 請合 which in this case probably means guaranteed.
The other knife says KumoFuji 雲富士 with Tokusen 特選 (specially made) above it.

Katanaya (probably) 刀屋is the brand. It's a store that was around 20 years ago. Don't think it exists anymore.
Bessaku is another "Specially made" term. 別作.
