Hi, as the title suggests, I need help identifying this Henckels. Found a guy selling it online and I just want to know more about buying it. He said it's 7". My guess is, it's a model released for the Japanese market. Thank you!

As a general rule:

Henckels with two guys in the logo (Zwilling) are decent knives made in Germany or Japan.

Henckels with one guy in the logo (International, etc) are low end knives made in Spain or China.

Even as a cheap knife, I wouldn’t recommend the latter. I have an International Santoku from before I knew better. It’s a total turd. Doesn’t cut well, dulls very fast, and is a pain to sharpen.

Hi! Thanks for the reply. Yeah I'm familiar with the difference between 2 dudes (Zwilling) and 1 dude (Henckels). I just want to know what line this is from.

As a Henckels collector my answer is: I don't know. But I focus on the German made Henx. My guess is the same as yours: probably the Japanese market.
I've had some luck contacting the Henckels US help center for model IDs and dating. Their email is: [email protected] There's probably a more local-to-you Henckels location that may also be of help. Lemme know if you need anything else.
