Hi everyone, I am relatively new and have been reading the forum the last few months. I even tried to post a few questions but had issues, and now that I have checked out this forum, I see why. In any case, I bought myself a Masakage Koishi gyuto, Kurosaki R2 petty, and a CCK 1303 cleaver. I am enjoying them but getting curious about trying various other knives to appreciate the spectrum of styles, makers, etc. I guess this is becoming an expensive new hobby! Looking forward to learning more.
