Up until a few weeks ago I owned quite a few dull kitchen knives. Now I own quite a few sharp (ish) ones. Nearing retirement, having more time for cooking and smoking. I enjoy quality tools and up to this point I have not invested in any in this domain. Looking forward to learning from this community.
