I'm Gabriel from Brazil. I'm in this knife world for about 10 years now. First with some Brazilian Gaucha stile knives before be introduced to Japanese ones and it really changed my perception go what a really good knife can be.
I have around 15 Japanese knives right now, and my latest acquisition was a Jiro 240mm #104... still patiently waiting it to arrive.
