Here is something new hot off the bench on the way to Singapor.
pretty cool, Bill.
Singapor? But I'm in Kentucky!
Very nice indeed.
That handle looks very cool, and the blade, well, looks like a Burke (i.e., phenomenal)
I like it. Very yin/yang handle, and the blade compliments it well. Can you describe a blade as smokey?
It's gorgeous -- tell us about the steel and the handle materials.
Wow, crazy looking Bill. Is the back side of the knife the same pattern?
That one looks insanely cool Bill!
Wouldn't mind looking at the Wip of how you pulled off that beautiful handle!
That's not my cup if tea... But I certainly can appreciate the skill & craftsmanship that's gone into it!!! Awesome work, and I like how the materials go together.
I love the blade, and while the handle wouldn't be my first choice, like Huw, I can certainly appreciate the skill and craftsmanship involved.
Thanks everyone. this was a prototype handle for a knife that I will be making in the future.
Here is a shot of the other side of the knife
That handle is incredible. Everything is... :surrendar:
Yin and yang, waves on the ocean......works for me.
what are the materials Bill?
Wow. I love the handle.
Blade is 52100 and 416 san mai. handle is ebony and sheep horn. pins are silicon bronze. bolsters are 416 stainless
Very nicely done
!!! gotta love the handle
I imagine the lighting doesn't do the handle justice .
Will you stop raising the bar already!
