I am a new member from the Bay Area. I was a lurker on r/chefknives. I enjoy sharpening knives and cooking at home. I have an addictive personality and enjoying buying and using chef knives. The chef knife and whetstone hobby has been hard on my wallet but I enjoy cooking much more now with sharp knives to play with.
