I've recently gotten into the kitchen knife hobby, and I've been at it for a year now. I have been an avid lurker prior to registering this account, and have frequently used these forums as a resource to inform my purchasing decisions. I'm all about the food and drink lifestyle, and have been doing serious home cooking for the past decade, slicing a huge range of rare and valuable ingredients. I've definitely bought more knives than I'll ever need learning about the different profiles, and I've fallen in love with my latest purchase, a Mazaki 210mm Kasumi Kiritsuke.
