Hello everyone! I just found this forum while searching for exotic wood suppliers in Europe. I am mostly a wood turner, but as an amateur chef I am keenly interested in kitchen knives. I have re-handled all of my knives with all manner of beautiful woods.
I am an American living and working in southern France. I brought all of my tools and my collection of wood here 4 years ago. I use a transformer to power my equipment. I still have not found any source of turning wood locally, but the links I found on this site look promising.
