Hey Team! Nik here from NZ - Been using Kitchen Knife Forums for a bit already getting descriptions on types of knives so thought i sign up. Currently have a Yoshikane 165mm SKD bunka, Kisuke Manaka ATS34 210mm gyuto, a hado silver 3 150mm petty and just a victorinox 21cm wide chefs knife.
Been on the hunt for a Hado Blue 1 240mm Gyuto with that bit of extra height which i have seen a few on here but going to do some more research from a drop a bunch more money!
