Hi everyone,
My name is Aleksander and since I started cooking at my home, I've become a huge fan of Japanese knives - my first knife was from Nagomi. After that my awareness of Japanese knives started to grow. So, I've bought (after two years from Nagomi) myself a Takeshi Saji SRS-13 chef knife with sharp ended tip, and I felt in love with Japanese craft me ship. Then I gave my sister my first knife Nagomi and I've bought real masterpiece which is Teruyasu Fujiwara Maboroshi Santoku 180mm with octagonal handle. After another 3 years I have in my collection 6 knives - Tojiro Shirogami Nakiri, Motokyuuichi Bunka 170mm, Global Flexible 150mm utility knife, Ittetsu Sandvik 150mm Honesuki, and Yoshimi Kato SG2 240mm chef's knife - I'm adding a photo of my collection of course
P. S. I want to sell one of my knives but I'll add it when I'll get access to forum with sell offers
Share your thoughts if you want ofcourse
Best regards,
Aleksander
