New member from Sweden

Hi,

I'm a new member to this forum. I have a few kitchen knives from different makers in Europe (Wusthof and Sabatier) and Japan (Moritaka, Tanaka and Tojiro). I recently travelled in Japan and this sparked my interest to a new level. Currently having a knife made by a swedish blacksmith and also looking to expand my collection with new knifes of different kinds.

Looking forward to pick up a lot of new knowledge from the forum.
