Hello all. I have a nice start of kitchen knives with a Murray Carter petty/small gyuto, a Japanese gyuto purchased from Bernal Cutlery, and a right hand single bevel deba also from BC.

I'm thinking that the only knife I am missing is a nice single bevel usuba/santoku/nakiri. Always chasing that N+1.
