Hi everyone!
I’m Seb. I’m a traveling personal chef currently based in the US. I’m originally from Italy and have been lucky enough to live in multiple countries over the years.
I’m a long time collector of Japanese knives but have recently delved into the world of western knives and I’m fascinated. I have been lurking here for quite sometime but have finally made the jump.
I’m excited to be a part of this lovely community and look forward to seeing what’s out there! Hopefully, I can control myself with all these beautiful knives up for grabs, wish me luck
