Hi! I got interested in sharpening stuff last summer (mostly machine and woodworking tools), then I started using waterstones, then a natural progression to sharpening knives, and then kitchen knives. I'm an amateur but enthusiastic cook and butcher a lot of livestock, and I like to fish. Now I own more kitchen knives than a fella can use and somehow am attempting to justify acquiring more. Thanks!
