I am a line cook early in my career to becoming a chef. I work at the flagship restaurant outlet of a luxury resort in AZ. I’ve been religiously reading the Reddit chef knife thread for the last 2 years. I look forward to learning so much in this forum. I’m not rushing to sell/buy as money is tight and for me a knife is an investment.
