Hi all,
I am Jake, a professional chef, knife nerd/collector here for chatting and scouting for new lines of Japanese knives and collectibles. My favorite blacksmith collection is Masashi Yamamoto. I have sets of his Kuroshu, Kokuen, and Kobo lines.
