Hey everyone,

First time here and I've been really interested in cooking lately. I'm definitely not a professional chef, but just a home cook that is starting to enjoy it as a hobby. I'm actually looking to add a nakiri to the table and I've been looking at a lot of knives like candy, so there's that.. My collections so far are a small santoku and a 240mm gyuto
