During the first lockdown, I started cooking.
After about 2 months I went looking for a good chef’s knife. I found it relatively quickly. It became a Miyabi 5000 MCD 67. Shortly after that I discovered Japanese works of art. Since then, I’ve been collecting these jewels.
Btw am just looking for a Takana, Hamono or Nigara.
