It’s a great size knife and the handle is amazing, I haven't used it yet on food.

Beautiful knives. I have several Honyaki gyuto knives made by Ikeda Yoshikazu. I haven't seen any sanmai or Damascus-style knives from him in my area.

Mr Ikeda Yoshikazu didn't forge a blade for 2 months, and maybe he will stop working. He is 73 years old.

He is a legend and one of the best blacksmiths

But the stock in the hands of the agents might take a long time to sell.
Last month, I was still able to buy works by the late brother of Ikeda Yoshikazu, His brother has been deceased for many years.
forged in 2008 but ground in April of this year. These masters might have already forged a large number of blades for knife merchants.
