I have a few new pieces up on my website, in various sizes, profiles and steels. Thanks for looking!

They look wonderful. I really like the ones you showed Instagram with the forged concave geometry, very striking.

Did you ever figure out the difference in food release for the knives that seemed very similar in geometry? Also, are you using both maker's marks for certain knives, i.e. "DP" versus "PRENDERGAST"?

    Thanks milkbaby!
Im not sure about the forged fullers. They certainly don't hinder food release, but I think they will go on the back burner until I can find a way to forge them more efficiently and cloder to the edge without queering the whole forging.
The DP and PRENDERGAST stamps are juzt different stamps I use. The DP stamp is just easier to use, and is my original stamp, so I prefer it.
