Getting a custom from him may take awhile, don't know what he has in stock. Other nice honesuki include Yoshikane. Less expensive include the Gesshin from JKI. You're right up the road from me (St Pete), good to have a neighbor here. (BTW Suggest you lose your street address from your profile)

WTS - Masakage zero honesuki I just actually got this, but I’m leaning towards cheaper boning knives. and cheaper knives in general. I’ve deboned one chicken. The knife looks amazing IMO.
