I am looking for a nice Honesuki. Is there a contact for Marl Tsourkan? Is there any other recommendations? Knife will be used for chicken only

It's Marko Tsourkan. Getting a custom from him may take awhile, don't know what he has in stock.

Other nice honesuki include Yoshikane. Less expensive include the Gesshin from JKI.

You're right up the road from me (St Pete), good to have a neighbor here.

I just actually got this, but I’m leaning towards cheaper boning knives. and cheaper knives in general. I’ve deboned one chicken. The knife looks amazing IMO. But that’s subjective to everyone. Asking $325 shipped to USA/Canada from Canada
