I’m listing this gorgeous LNIB (never cut or sharpened) Nicholas Berkofsky (Fell Knives) ) San Mai Gyuto.

I purchased the knife directly from the website in February 2020.

The 7” blade (12.5” OAL) has a high carbon damascus core that gives it an incredibly fine edge.

The handle is stabilized Afzelia burl with a stabilized bog oak (4000 years old) bolster.

The knife weighs 167 grams and comes with a luxury, padded carrying case.

I paid $725 - I’m asking $525/OBRO (Paypal) including USPS Priority mail shipping (CONUS only). No trades.
