My restaurant closed and i have a few display knives that I would like to sell. I will post them in seperste posts. They are all brand new and come with original box.

This Nihei gyuto is the mirror finish version of the Konosuke Sumiiro. The profile is similar to Yoshikane. SLD steel with SS clad aIt weighs 178g and it is 49.5mm tall.

Quite sure this is SLD instead of SKD. I've got the 210 version of this knife, and it doesn't patina at all. F&F is fantastic, completely on par with the kono version. GLWS
