I managed to steal a few hours this weekend when the boss wasn't looking... wrapped this one up. Work has been hectic to say the least.
So as for the title, a 240 mm Gyuto.

Blade is O1 @ HRC 61

Bolsters are copper, with a hollow/radius'ed front.

Copper and mosaic pins, some of Marks stabilized Sycamore scales

Just need to brand, and its on its way! Figured I would post while I could.

Before this went out, it got a little antiquing. Put a patina on the blade, and a little age on the copper. Maybe the new owner will pop by with a new pic!

Because I wanted patina. Duh... :D Just kidding...kind of.
 
That looks really nice. Especially the sycamore - that's not one I see often.
