Been a bit MIA here after a family emergency. Fortunately life is getting a little back to normal. Unfortunately, I'm going have to move the old man closer so he can have more help, and fix up a property down south for rental. As a result, I'm going to have to re-home some knives I'd prefer not to.

To kick things off, a pair of Isasmedjan knives with Turkish walnut handles.

Next up... to figure which Simon Maillet knife is on the chopping block. Perhaps a 245mm or 225mm wrought clad, or long suminagashi. I need to sleep on it though.
