180 Bullnose Mazaki. Skinny handle (from when they first came out). 45mm at the very heel. Pretty light and nimble in hand at 118gs.

This is the second I reluctantly list. This knife just hits a lot of my buttons when it comes to a tall Gyuto in this particular length. Bullnose Mazaki's were the rage a few months ago... hopefully not anymore and I will just happily keep this one.

This one is used, heavily. Sharpened a bunch. Has a stable ugly patina. Getting close to they point where it should be thinned.

I have the same knife and used it last night for dinner prep. I hadn't pulled it out in a while, but using it again reminded me how good these old school Mazakis are. Fabulous heat treat on the steel, too. GLWS.
