Anyone here who can share their experiance with this stone

Is the suisa finer than the "regular" omura?
Feel? Feedback? Hardness?

I would like to try to answer your questions. But first I have to say that I never used one of these stones.
That said, it should be a lot finer than regular Omura, Maxim puts them around 3k, a normal Omura will be more like 500-700.
Regarding feel I‘m afraid that it won’t be a big difference to a coarse Omura as it looks to be the same type of stone. That would mean that it’s not a very pleasant stone with only fair feedback.

Agree that my Omura (reg) is not particularly pleasant but it is effective.
