I know a lot of people want a TnH but I’m on the hunt for one. Ideally I would like a 210mm and not very particular if it’s new or the steel material.
I just love everything about them. It’ll be used on a pretty regular basis in a commercial kitchen in addition to my Ashi.
Anyone have some leads to getting one please shoot them my way!
