Hello, I'd be interested to participate. I'm based in Grenoble just like you, so it'd be very easy too :p

Bonjour Guirec,
I would be very interested in participating.
Good luck with organising. It's quite a serious task.

I'm not sure if this was only for EU but I'm in the USA and would be happy to try it out/be a part of this if the knife makes a US tour ;)

Me too, if this makes it across the Atlantic.

Hy everyone.
Glad to have so many awnsers and interest!
I'm gonna forge an entire new blade for this, probably a gyoto of kiritsuke.
As it is my first passaround I propose to make the order list by awnser order (exept for @Neutri who's in my city and who shall be the first for obvious reasons).
I'm clearly glad to integrate US members to this journey. But if it is making any problems for some members for cost reasons it shall be possible to make an special US tour later.
I'll let you know when the knife is ready and when the passaround can begin!
Have a good evening.
Guirec Péron.

@Neutri
@BillHanna
@JayS20
@Carl Kotte

I would do the Outside EU Members be first or last at this Passarround, so that it doesnt add up on so much Customs and Shipping costs.
Looking forward to useing it.

I would suggest you to have the knife returned to you before crossing the Atlantic. It will avoid you import tax and VAT on its return, and allows you to check it before sending out.
