Don’t want to sell this, but I’m opening a small bakery and the bills are piling up before we can open. Got this right after he won best in show at the damasteel invitational event. It’s 8 inches long. Handle is rio rosewood with a spacer made from jeep paint that was scraped off the factory wall. I paid 1600 for it, cut a few light veg but mostly used it as a prop when I’d private cook for rich folk in NYC. Looking for 1300 PayPal but willing to talk.

Gonna pull it after today, but if someone is thinking about pulling the trigger, I’ll throw in this 200+ dollar aizu I bought from toishigram two years ago on Instagram. It’s a lovely stone, makes an aggressive edge and is easy to use.
