Picture albums for supporting members have been enabled.

Using an album here is handy feature that you may find useful for showing off your knife and sharpening gear collection, for sharing images with members, or for storing images that you will reference often on this site.

Any KKF member can comment on pictures in anyone's album as well as you can make notes on your own pictures. You can edit your own comments on your own pictures but you can not edit others comments on your pictures. If you need something edited that someone else has posted on your pictures please contact a moderator. We will be happy to remove inappropriate messages but we will not filter comments for content. This comment feature can and will be disabled if abuse arises so let's keep this clean, friendly, and nice. :)

Please only post knife related images in your albums. Every image that's uploaded in storage space being taken up which will effect site performance and cost.

*To access your own album click on "My Profile" (top of page) and then albums.

**To access another member's album click on the member's name, then profile, and then their albums.

We hope that this upgrade will make your time here more enjoyable and easier on you when it comes to sharing and posting images.

I am using it, Dave. Very handy, but I can't figure out how to post the pictures full size. They get reduced to tiny when I import them to a post. What am I doing wrong?

Keith

Keith, can you upload a picture here into this thread or point me to one of your pictures that got re-sized?

Previous post: in the thread "New contest for August" post #7.

The above photo was 247kb in my computer, uploaded to the forum upload manager it became 14.4kb. Here it is reduced to 3600 bytes.

Keith I checked the permissions and you have the same re-size image requirements as everyone else. The forum resizes to 400x200 pixels

Why you're getting resized even smaller than that is a mystery to me.
