Hi all

Selling my Kochi V2 240mm gyuto. It's a great knife, but I have a trip coming up soon to Japan, so I gotta make some room on my rack!

I believe I am the second owner on this one, and I've used it maybe 8-10 times in a home setting. Has some patina, which I'm happy to remove upon request. Just recently had it professionally sharpened at JKI, so the edge is killer.
