Bought in 2020 in the UK, came as a smooth KU 180 nakiri, after using it for a while it needed a little thinning so I decided whilst doing that I was going to remove the KU finish and try and give it a full kasumi on the stones by flattening the hira. I'm not gonna have time for that before I move, and I've since gotten a shig nakiri, so I'm offering it up in its current state for cheap with a custom Jobone honey locust handle. I removed most of the KU finish from the right side of the knife, and did most of the thinning on the right bevel. The left side of the knife has has no work done. Please see the measurements below:
