Hey KKF, first post here. Time to sell some knives because I am running out of space (and have a few more coming). All prices include CONUS shipping.

This was a custom that I received from Fredrik in August. It's a little too forward balanced for my taste, but it's perfect otherwise. I still have another 2 Spare knives that I use more frequently.

Catch and release. The blade is nail flexing thin BTE and a steady distal taper along the spine. Used for a couple of meals.

5. Middleton Echo Set
Gyuto: 205x55mm, 177g
Bunka: 160x53mm, 155g
Petty: 95x33mm, 82g

Purchased 3 years. Sharpened several times. AEBL stainless. These sets retail for $500.

6. Harayuki Yokuma Gyuto -- SOLD

Purchased from Knifewear. This is an SRS15 powder steel blade. Sharpened and has some scratches.

Purchased from Knitwear. This is a project knife. I took the kurouchi finish as best I could. Length is shortened after chipping the tip. I also had District Cutlery regrind the blade. I figured this would be a good jnat project for someone.

Purchased new on KKF. Used for a handful of meals, never sharpened.
