Looking to offload a few more knives and probably will be the last things I'll offload for a while. I'm trying to find new homes for a Takada Suiboku 180mm White #2 Santoku bought initially from CKC for $395, Fujiwara Maboroshi 195mm Gyuto White #1 I bought for $330, Tsunehisa SRS13 Kiritsuke 240mm I bought for $250, and a Tsunehisa AS Kurouchi Sujihiki bought for $200
I am looking to sell each for the following:
Takada Suiboku 180mm White #2 Santoku $290
This knife has seen a lot of love in a professional kitchen and as a result the finish on it has somewhat degraded. However the cutting performance is still more than exceptional and I will sharpen this knife prior to sending it out if requested by the buyer.
Fujiwara Maboroshi 195mm White #1 Gyuto $175, paired with any other knife (if you buy another) for $100
This knife was a bit of a passion project of mine where I had attempted to thin it and then refinish it but unfortunately my schedule is so full that I just haven't had the time to continue with thinning this knife and I'm not sure if I'd like to really send it in anywhere to complete the job. Will happily sell it for $100 if another knife is bought and is decided that you want this one as well. If wanted standalone am seeking $175.
Tsunehisa 240mm SRS13 yo handle Kiritsuke$195 $175
I've only honed this once and used only three or four times. This is a wonderful knife that I was debating on keeping but due to the lack of recent use I've decided to sell it someone who can use it more. Has a wonderful convexed grind with excellent edge retention, the f&f on it is superb and its very comfortable to handle and use.
Tsunehisa 270mm Aogami Super Walnut handle Sujihiki $150
This is a sujihiki that I got a month ago and haven't used it more than once where it was used at a party for some large cuts of beef. Condition is excellent and I've never sharpened it or used it outside that one event. Knife is stainless clad and comes with a very nice kurouchi finish. It comes as well with a custom walnut handle that will be hard for me to part from.
Shipping on all of these is FREE within the US.
Both Tsunehisa if bought together $275. Looking to ship these out tomorrow if possible with another package.
