I have too many meat cleavers. I can't keep them all so I will be posting some to try and thin down the collection a bit.
Starting off with a very unique piece. Only one like it I have ever seen.
I am calling a primordial tank, for two reasons, one the profile is a bit reminiscent of the Tinker Tank, and second it is built like one. All metal construction it can be fully taken apart and reassembled. Likely over a hundred years old and made in Indianapolis and with a plaque that says patent pending and American Computing Co.
Did I mention this thing is a beast? Weighing over 3.5 lbs you can cut whatever you like.
All rust removed, handle etched dark in orange juice. Bolts and blade hand sanded leaving a rugged appearance that was definitely earned. And the brass polished up.
I will post a before photo as well.
I am unsure what to price this one at so if interested PM me and we can see what makes sense to you.
