Hello,
just testing the waters out there. I'm looking for a project knife to train and experiment things on. Can be an old used knife you are not using anymore, or one of your own project knives that you just don't seem to get to and wouldn't mind get some cash back. Can't be too beat up. Would prefer carbon steel and for dimension, as long as it has some height (over 35mm) I'm fine with.

I'm looking to buy something for around 75€ shipped.

Thanks in advance :)

I could offer an old santoku in very good condition and good steel but it does not need any work besides refreshing the damascus maybe.
You could get a new fujiwara fkm at tetogi but these start at about 70€. They are relatively heavy which is not a bad thing but probably need some thinning behind the edge right out of the box.
The steel is quite good.

I would try fleemarkets and iibay first though. Could be fun to see what is out there.
Get something in a half decent steel. Would prefer carbon myself.
