If you know me you know I'm not a fan of collecting for just the sake of collecting. So, since I won't be able to use them anyways, I want someone else to have this piece of culinary history.
4 knives. F dick and classic sab from the late 80s, handed down to me by my chef, from his chef, Paul bocuse. The other 2 sabs are 8 and 12 inch stainless ones that has been used in our Michelin star restaurant for the last decade in pastry making.
I never got around to restoring them and I'd rather they don't sit unused. So I'm selling all 4 as a bundle for any chefs for €100 + shipping.
