Probably not an issue with anyone outside Sydney but protooling has closed its shop front (still online though). One of their old sharpeners has opened solo - Hiroko. Had such a lovely experience with her today.

It's only supposed to be a temporary thing while they do some restructuring. Hopefully back before too long
