As I get deeper and deeper into this, it’s getting harder and harder to part with the gems, but alas thus is life. These two beauties are next to go.

Evan KU Honyaki Gyuto
Banding banding banding (peep the video, taken earlier today)😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 I believe I’m the third owner of this blade. I’ve sharpened it twice, both times finished on jnats.

Halcyon Forge Ironwood Gyuto

Snagged this about a month ago from one of Joe’s drops. A week later I learned about my issues and never got around to giving the blade its inaugural dinner. I’d love to keep it given it’s my first Halcyon but last in first out, as they say. Unused, unsharpened.
Steel: wrought clad 1.2519
Dimensions: 235x55m; 3.97-0.8mm
Weight: 211g
Handle/saya: Arizona ironwood, African blackwood
