"The guy on this video says you're wrong - what do you think?" x10. The lads don't like this. You remind them of another poster that does this ad nauseum. And rather than simply leave things alone they are seeing who can be the wittiest. And that is where you're at.

Am I the only one that had to look up 'ad nauseum' ?

i bet you a handful of us can produce better cuts with a dull wusthof than many of the shig owners with a fresh edge.
G&G is probably easier with the dull wusthof. :)

unless you take the Shig with a fresh edge out on a stone or glass 'cutting board' ....hey, is that why those exist, to keep the edge dull so G&G works better?
